One of our foundational needs is for love, and the first place that has to start, is with self-love. In order to really be able to give love freely and wholeheartedly, we have to know what it feels like to love ourselves (which includes knowing what it feels like to be safe in our own body and mind, and knowing what it feels like to receive the support that is available to us - whether from ourselves, others, our planet, our universe…)
In this class, we will practice an active breathwork technique to deepen your connection to yourself, and invite your body to release anything that is blocking you from receiving love, safety, and support. If you choose to, you will also receive Reiki during the resting part of the class.
Shanti is an experienced breathwork and energy healer. Her work encourages you to create a greater depth of connection to and understanding of self. She is passionate about helping people to embody their spirit and their authentic selves, leading to more love, joy, peace and freedom in life.
