1. What hesitations (if any) did you have about working with me? In general? About this group programme?
I’ve never done work like this so I wasn’t quite sure what I was going to get out of it, which made me somewhat hesitant.
2. What was your biggest challenge before working with me? How did that feel?
The biggest challenge was committing to something I didn’t quite understand prior to working together.
3. What results have you created since we started working together? What's changed?
What I realized out of working with you was profound. I connected with a deeper part of myself that let me embody some of the ideas I was thinking about, but hadn’t quite translated them into who I was. When connected with a deeper part of myself, I also found an ability to connect much more deeply with others.
4. What did you like best about working with me?
How customized the work was to me and what I was dealing with. The 1:1 sessions were just phenomenal.
5. How else have you benefited from our work together?
I feel more at peace and I have regular access to parts of myself that had been previously elusive.
6. What's the most important thing people should know about working with me? What would you say to someone on the fence about working with me?
You have an innate ability to let people feel comfortable exactly where they are while welcoming them to step further. There’s space you navigate that I’d only known in plant medicine prior.
7. What did you like best about working with me in this kind of group environment?
The attention you spent with each person and getting to go through the same practice right along as you worked with them.
8. Would you recommend me and my services? If so, why and to whom?
I’d definitely recommend you to anyone that wants to deepen their connection with themselves.

I work with groups in several ways, including: in extended Group Programmes for those who do not wish to pursue 1:1 Healing Sessions but still want to work with me in that capacity; Group Breathwork Healing classes; Corporate Groups; and through Teaching ThetaHealing, Meditation, Yoga and Qi Gong. Yoga is Union
Yoga is union. It is union with and apprenticeship with our Self and to our Self. For me, healing through yoga is in the awakening to ourselves as we truly are, and finding inner stillness through the practice of yoga, returning to ourselves over and over. In that returning we find where home is.
